Avocado-sweetcorn sandwich

Avocado is a healthy fruit, combined with sweetcorn we can make healthy and tasty sandwich very quickly.
If you are a Vegan, then please dont add cheese or use vegan cheese and vegan butter .

                              
Ingredients: 
Avocado - 1 
Sweetcorn -2 tablespoon
Onion - 1/4 of a medium sized onion
Tomato - 1/4 of a medium sized tomato
Cheddar Cheese  - 30 gram (Optional)
Salt 
Pepper -1/2 teaspoon
Green chili - 1 or Chili flakes 1 teaspoon

Preparation
Cut avocado into halves.
Remove the seed.
Scoop out the fruit and smash it.
Chop onion, green chili or chili flakes and tomato.

Stuffing preparation: 
Take a bowl and add the smashed avocado, sweet corn chopped onion, chopped tomato, chili, cheese, salt, pepper and mix everything.
 
Sandwich:
Take two slices of bread.
Put the avocado stuffing on one slice and cover with the other slice.
Apply butter to the outer sides of the sandwich.
Put the sandwich into a sandwich toaster or on a pan and grill it for 5 minutes.
