Baked veggies in Bechamel sauce

 Baked veggies :

Colorful Vegetables are baked in béchamel sauce and sprinkled with cheddar cheese on top.  Easy recipe which saves time and tastes yummy !!!

Ingredients for Béchamel Sauce:   
Flour: 30 Gram
Butter: 30 Gram
Milk: 300 ml
Nutmeg powder: 1/4 teaspoon
Pepper Powder -1/2 teaspoon 
Salt- 1 teaspoon

Method:
  • Heat a pan, add butter melt the butter , add flour,  and stir continuously until golden color is formed, 
  • Reduce the flame to low 
  • Add milk and keep stirring until a thick sauce consistency is achieved
  • sprinkle add nutmeg powder, pepper powder and salt , mix well.
Preheat the Oven in bake mode 200 degrees. 

Ingredients:

Broccoli Florets- 200 Gram
Diced Zucchini -200 Gram
Diced Green Peppers - 50 Gram
Fresh or Frozen Spinach - 100 Gram
Diced Yellow Bell-Pepper- 100 Gram 
Cherry tomatoes - 50 Gram
Salt as per taste
Chilly powder - 1/2 teaspoon 
Oregano - 1/4 teaspoon
Cheddar cheese - 50 gram ( optional )

Method:
Mix all the vegetables with salt, chilly powder and Oregano.
In a baking tray, sprinkle 1 teaspoon Olive oil, pour the veggies and the Béchamel sauce m mix together 
Sprinkle around 50 grams of Cheddar cheese if you like .
Bake it in Oven for 30 to 35 minutes
